Key
chain Library cards are now available through the Friends:
$3 each. Available at the library.
Local farmers, growers, and gardeners are welcome to participate. No cost to set up. Chairperson Becky Kubehl will help you pick a spot.
Where is the market? click here for a map. We are one block off of
HWY 19 (towards Waterloo), and 1 block off of HWY 73N. Available products vary with Mother Nature and vendor supply. Typically the season starts off with perennials, and over-wintered items. Radishes, herbs are early June and throughout the season. Berries are mid to late July. Tomatoes, peppers, and corn don't come along til mid July.
Crafts include bird feeders, planters, home made soaps and other items to help you be more Green.
