Children's Story Time

Story Time is offered the first three Wednesdays of every month at 10:00 a.m.
All ages are welcome.   Sign-up is required at the circulation desk.

Friends of the Marshall Community Library      Books at Bedtime

                                                                    Evening story time for children.

Come in your jammies and bring your snuggy.   

It’s a great time to take a family trip to the Library. Children participating in the Marshall School reading incentive can use these minutes to reach their reading goal.  

First and third Wednesdays of each month at 6:00 pm. Volunteers will read through 6:45 p.m.

 2010 dates.  (No summer sessions). 

                Jan.  6 & 20     Feb.  3 & 17

March  3 & 17      April  7 & 21      May  5

Take home treats will be provided by The Friends of the Library.  Parents must remain on site during the program.  There is no fee to attend. 

Story Time Policy

1. All children are welcome at Story Time when they can participate successfully and allow others to enjoy the program. This requires being able to sit quietly during the stories. Please feel free to step out of the room to regroup if your child is disruptive. Your consideration of others is greatly appreciated.

2. Story Time is a service of the library, and there may be times when it will be canceled due to staffing issues. Story Hour will not be held if schools are canceled or delayed due to inclement weather.

3. Occasionally a snack will be offered during Story Time. Please let us know if a child has any special dietary restrictions.
