COVID-19 Response

Beginning Tuesday, November 17th, we will return to Curbside Library Service Only, but will offer Technology Use Reservations.

What does that mean?

The doors to the library will be closed to the public (except for technology use reservations, see below for details). Our staff will be in the building during all library hours, so you can call and ask questions, request materials, get help with your account, and more. We're happy to 'browse' for you! Give us a call!

Holds Pick-up Process:

Place items on hold in LINKCat. When you receive an email or phone call that they have arrived, give us a call and schedule a time to pick them up. We will check them out to your account, label them, and place items on a table inside the library lobby for pick up.

Technology Appointments:

If you need to use a computer, or print, fax, or make copies, we are making those services available by reservation. Give us a call and we'll set up a time for you to come in and use the copier, computer, or have something faxed. Times will be limited to 30-45 minutes, depending on the service.

Village Post Office:

Unfortunately we are not able to offer VPO services at this time.

The Book Drop:

The outside book drop will remain open. If you have a large or fragile item to return, it can be returned in a drop box in the lobby.

Why have we made this decision?

COVID-19 is surging in the state of Wisconsin, and in our community. Right now we believe this is the safest way for us to continue serving the community. As with all the changes we've made, we'll evaluate how things are going, listen to community feedback, and keep an eye on local health trends.
